Inside Sales Manager

Cura, a leading Saudi Tele-health startup is hiring a Telesales Manager to work full-time whether On-Site in Riyadh HQ or remotely from anywhere inside Saudi Arabia or Egypt or Jordan.

We are looking to employ an experienced inside sales manager to manage our inside sales team and ensure that inside sales operations run smoothly. The inside sales manager’s responsibilities include providing ongoing professional development opportunities for the inside sales staff, motivating the sales staff to achieve sales targets, and developing an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and closing sales. You should also be able to utilize market analysis tools to determine customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.

To be successful as an inside sales manager, you should have strong leadership skills and ensure that inside sales employees comply with company policies. Ultimately, an exceptional Inside Sales Manager should be able to communicate effectively with inside sales employees and customers and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

About The Role:

  • We are looking for Inside sales manager who work full-time remotely or in Riyadh head office with us.  
  • You will work closely with growth, marketing and product teams to write copy that converts for ads & marketing campaigns across all organic and paid channels.
  • You will be tasked with Managing the expanding telesales team we have at Cura and providing them with feedback and performance adjustment and training.
  • You will be tasked with producing sales scripts for the tele sales agents.
  • You’ll be the one to shape the messages for our chat responses across all relevant platforms, whatsapp, intercom.. etc.
  • Your sales skills should not only capture the attention of those who see them but it should communicate in a way that increases conversion. For this, you need to be able to write persuasive copy and understand user needs.
  • The goal is to convert the target audience quickly and effectively through the power of sales alonone, writing words is easy, writing the right words is hard, and that is where you come in.
  • Good follow-up responses and systems with both cold and warm leads is extremely important and we need you to be a star at this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
  • Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
  • Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team.
  • Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.


  • A college degree is in marketing or engineering is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
