About The Role:
We are hiring Graphic/Motion Designer to work full-time remotely with us.
You will work closely with marketing team to design visual assets for ads & marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.
You will be tasked with defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text, engaging videos and info-graphs, animated graphics and visual effects.
You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects for our website, brochures, flyers, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, media campaigns and more.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements artistically;
Develop illustrations, logos, layouts and other designs;
Designing attractive graphic, motion, design assets and animations;
Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics;
Research, develop and innovate to create unique designs;
Use the appropriate colors, layouts, audio, video, and animation;
Test graphics across various media;
Amend designs after feedback;
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary;
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule;
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines;
Perform retouching and manipulation of images;
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic/motion design software.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience;
A strong portfolio;
Very good with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Quark, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, 2D, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD);
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web;
Able to give and receive constructive criticism;
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design;
Experience in creating graphics and designs for videos;
Infographic, photo editing, and retouching;
Search for pictures, working spaces, areas;
A keen eye for aesthetics, details and visual composition;
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English;
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points:
Foundational UI/UX knowledge;
Familiarity with HTML and CSS;
Designing and animating for 360 /immersive video content;
