  About The Role
  • We are looking for Digital Conversion Copywriter to work full-time with us.  
  • You will work closely with growth, marketing and product teams to write copy that converts for ads & marketing campaigns across all organic and paid channels.
  • You will be tasked with defining components of successful copy, and creating the copy which includes headlines, sub-headings, body of ad/email/blog post as well as the right calls to action. 
  • You’ll be the one to shape the messages for our website, landing pages, emails, social media and ads across all relevant platforms.
  • Your copy should not only capture the attention of those who see them but it should communicate in a way that increases conversion. For this, you need to have the ability to write persuasive copy as well as understand user needs.
  • The goal is to convert the target audience quickly and effectively through the power of text alone, writing words is easy, writing the right words is hard, and that is where you come in.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work on growth marketing demand generation and community activities. 
  • Execute on short form copy for landing pages, social and advertising, as well as community and social media content, plus email drip campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy that drives education, engagement, and action but most of all write copy that sells . 
  • Help define and execute content roadmaps for multiple initiatives and integrated campaigns.
  • Leverage insights about patients and leads to inform your choice of words, articulating your insights to key stakeholders in and out of Cura.
  • Ability to translate technical and product features into clear and concise web copy.
  • Review current Landing page content for clarity and accuracy but most of all conversion.
  • Proven ability in direct response copy that sells automatically 
  • Proven ability to write copy for different stages of awareness ie problem aware stage, solution aware and product aware, with clear examples.
  • Ability to communicate benefits, how it is delivered to the user and communicate trust.
  • Ability to write minimum of 3-4 copies a day 
  • 1-3 years experience writing healthcare copy in a performance marketing or DTC environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, English or Arabic Literature or related field.
  • Agency experience is preferred 
  • Sales experience is a plus 
  • Deep experience working on consumer brands in healthcare is a plus 
Bonus Points: 
  • Foundational UX writing; 
  • Familiarity with CRO and SEO;  
  • Understanding of Product positioning and messaging for D2C vs B2B startups;
